What additional payment methods do you offer?

You may pay us manually in the currency of your choice via Paypal. Our website also has a dedicated and secure payments page enabled by Razorpay. Razorpay accepts all credit, debit cards , netbanking & UPI. Once your order total is calculated, please choose Manual method of payment in the checkout page. Click on "GO TO RAZORPAY"; the link will redirect you to our aforementioned payments page. Click on the Razorpay Pay Now button, a purple and white box will appear. Enter your order total and make your payment. Then you can go ahead and place your order. Please note that you can also make your payment within 24 hours of placing your order. Make sure that you use the same e-mail id and phone number you have given at the checkout page while paying through Razorpay. 

Which currencies do you support?

We offer currency conversion in a few major currencies. Please check the footer (scroll to the bottom) to choose the currency of your choice. You may use this feature to note how much you are paying in your currency.  However as our store is built on Wix which doesn't yet support multiple currencies, our payment gateways will process only in INR, therefore, when you click "Checkout", the prices will change to INR. But if you wish to make payment in the currency of your choice, you can choose the Manual Payment option and pay us via Paypal.

Why does the shipping rate vary by product?

Our products are manufactured and shipped from different parts of the world by Printful. Some are made quickly, some take a few days to process. Some require more careful and fool-proof packing due to the nature of the product. All these factors determine the shipping rate. This also means that depending on your order, you would receive your product at different dates from the time of placing order. Some might arrive quicker and some later. If you are placing a considerably large order (more than 3 products), please e-mail your requirement to hullo@xqvs.art and we might be able to give you a shipping rate that may be slightly less than what you would incur when you place your order on the website.

 

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All our products are made-to-order and are manufactured in various locations around the world. Hence, given your order quantity and your location, shipping can take anywhere between 10-20 business days. 

I want to order multiple items and I need them quick. What do I do?

Please e-mail hullo@xqvs.art with your requirement and we will figure out a custom solution.

I think my order is lost. 

If you have not received the order past the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately so that we can notify our shipping partner. Orders being lost due to wrong address being given or unclaimed orders can be reshipped, in which case, reshipping costs will have to be borne by the customer.
