I received a damaged item. What do I do?
Please e-mail us with images of the item within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will replace it for you.
The apparel I purchased does not fit me or has arrived at the wrong size.
Please e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will provide you with a return shipping address. Once we receive the item back from you, we will arrange for a replacement in another size of your choosing. Please note that return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. As all items are made-to-order, we advise you to refer to the sizing chart carefully before placing an order. We offer an exchange for fit issues only once per order. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for swimwear.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the case of buyer's remorse.
